The printer that was used was a laser sinter type and the material is chemical resistant, I've tried it in a bucket of gas and it didn't eat it away. Haven't had it on the bike but shouldnt leak, fits as tight as stock and has an o-ring groove at the top to catch anything in or out.
Jul 20, 2008 · Look for the wetness between the head and cylinder. Another place to look for an air leak on the head is the spark plug and its hole. If the plug is loose, or the sealing washer has been mashed ....
That is the fuel overflow line from the carb. When you lay the bike on its side, the fuel in the carb spills into that line and flows out the bottom. If a pros bike has a carb, It'll leak too. But most modern bikes are Fuel Injected and don't have a carburetor, so they don't have an overflow setup.
